Managing your Attendee App
As an event manager you have a lot of configuration options to control your the app your attendees will be using. Below is an overview of the features available to the Event Manager.
Event Home Page
After an attendee logs into the app and selects the event they are attending they are presented with the event home page. Here are some of the features shown:
- Header Image - A image shown for the event. This banner style and shown on the Ticket purchase page as well.
- Date & Time - The date and time the event starts and ends is shown
- Site Map - This is a link your map image. This is really useful for maps of your festival or conference.
- Custom links - You can create your own custom links which can be used to categorize sub events (eg sessions in a room, stages/art at a festival, instructions and notes).
- About The Event - The description of the event

Schedule of Events
For festivals, conferences, concerts & DJ performances a schedule of events is important. GoMobile Events allows you create a main event schedule as well schedules broken down by category (eg for a room, stage, theme camp).
These features are accessed in the "Schedule" and "Tags" section in the manager application.

Maps and Site Maps
The attendee app takes the address you provided for your event and presents an interactive google map. You can also switch to the site map view where you specify a highly detailed site map (if applicable) which attendees can zoom in and out.
My Tickets
Attendees can see their tickets to the event. This is an important feature as many attendees will lose their confirmation email or forget to print their tickets prior to the event.
If an attendee has purchased multiple tickets they will see them on the Tickets tab.
