GoMobile Events is fee free for all tickets for your events. The only additional costs are from your choice of credit card processing provider.
Credit Card Processing Fees
GoMobile Events uses third party credit card processors who will charge you fees. Here's a list of their prices:
GoMobile Events was founded because fees for selling and buying tickets was too high compared to the value provided by the ticket service provider (especially for small events).
We started business with a very low fee of 25c per ticket and used these funds to support software development. In November 2016 we decided to remove all fees associated with ticketing as we have a stable software platform and feature set and have very low monthly server costs (we're using Microsoft Azure exclusively). Additionally with a market saturated in event ticketing providers the revenue associated with per ticket fees is not our "bread and butter", it's a small side benefit compared to the custom software development we do.
How does this Scale?
With free pricing you would think that the model is unsustainable? Well, it's true to a point, our costs boil down to technical support and our vision is to introduce a paid technical support plan before this becomes an issue. In the meantime we're providing free technical support.
