Managing A Budget
Keeping track of event expenses can be difficult. Built into GoMobile Events is a budget page which lets you track your event expenses, marking items as paid, tracking tickets sold, amount collected, people checked in, paid/unpaid expenses, amount in the bank and profit and loss.

Adding a Budget Item
Select the Statistic page to show how the budget affects the event:
Ticket Sales - The total amount for tickets excluding fees Paid Expenses - The total for budget items that have been paid Unpaid Expenses - The total for budget items that have not been paid In Bank - The ticket sales minus paid expenses. Note: your actual bank account total will differ from this amount by the fees charged by credit card processor and any ticket fees. Profit/Loss - The ticket sales minus all expenses. This is your expected/potential profit/loss. |
