Promo Codes
Promo Codes can be used to provide discounts on tickets. They can also be used to manage ticket resellers (resellers will be give a special ticket purchase page link).

Name - This is the name of the promotion code that will appear when the purchase enters the promo code on the ticket purchase page.
Code - This is the code that must be entered by the purchaser to receive the discount. This is also used as the code that is used for ticket resellers.
Discount Amount - This is the amount of the discount. If the type is $ then this is the dollar amount discounted from the ticket price. Eg if the ticket price is $50 and the discount amount is 10 then the ticket price will drop to $40.
Type - This is the type of discount whether percentage (%) or dollar amount ($).
Number Available - This is the number of tickets this promo code can be used on. Once this number of tickets have been purchased with this promo code then the promo code will no longer work.
Ticket Purchase Link - This ticket purchase link can be used to directly discount or apply the promo code. This is useful if emailing the discount code to potential ticket purchasers. It can also be used to track ticket resellers. For ticket resellers you may wish to set the discount amount to 0. When a ticket purchaser uses the link for the reseller then their details will appear in the statistics page as well as the export.
